Hello NJ!!!

We here at The Gas House Gorillas are very concerned about the youth of today. With all of their fancy shmancy texting and such, it's a wonder that they still can find the time to stare at a television screen.
Now, you can go ahead and call us old fashioned (no, go ahead…call us that...we're waiting), but the thought of those kids never knowing the wonder of a Gas House Gorillas' performance is more than these five idiots can bare.
I know what you're thinking. "Yeah right. Big talker. Those Gorillas are too busy being devastatingly handsome and disarmingly brilliant to ever take notice of anyone but themselves, let alone a bunch of little kids." True.
But every so often one of us will stand up and say, "What about the children?"
At which point we will usually throw food and laughingly reply with things like,
"Sit down ya jerk!" or "What are ya, stoopit???"
…but not this time, Hansil. Not this time...
This time (after the food was gone) our esteemed colleague Jim was heard to utter in a moment of clarity,
"Why don't we pick a random school at the Jersey Shore and put on a wiz bang of a swell show for those little urchins?"
We looked on with wonder at our trusted companion and whispered tentatively in unison,
"Will we get paid?"
Jim said, "Yes." and we all got a warm fuzzy feeling.
Three cheers for Jim…shut up.

Now we are well aware that most of you losers (of course I don't mean you) will not be able to attend this show unless you are between the ages of five and twelve and a student of said school.
Not to worry, Methuselah. We have a solution.

On Saturday at the ungodly hour of 11 am your Gorillas will be waking up at Michael Arnone’s Crawfish Festival! Yay!!! Bring coffee.

On Friday tune in to Big Frank's Blues Kitchen on WFDU 89.1 Fm at 1 pm and hear Rick Fink talking smack and playing new songs from the Gorillas' upcoming Lanark release, "Punk Americana". Thank you, Frank Mirra! {:8())-
